What women have enjoyed about the workshops

Time out with sympathetic and caring people to stand back from my life and think hard about priorities.
Being able to be me with a group of people I didn’t know , but got to know in the course of the weekend.

I enjoyed the variety of ways in which issues were dealt with, and the use of concrete materials to focus ideas.

The space to reflect on life’s issues in a safe and friendly environment. Peace and quiet was a help – no phones ringing, fresh air and scenery all contributed.
Learning so much about new areas I can take away and look into. I felt guided and led but also as if I’m being allowed to wander and travel.

The creative parts were not threatening to those of us who label ourselves non-creative – you gave us the confidence and ingredients to bake our own individual ‘cake’.

Safe, harmonious, such good fun.
